Data Sprint is operated by Joseph Yi, Orange County, CA (https://josephyidata.com).

All Data Sprint projects use a 50% deposit to start and the remaining 50% on delivery.

Cancelling before work starts

If you cancel before kickoff (before we begin working on your files), you get a full refund of your deposit.

Cancelling after work has started

After kickoff, the deposit covers the work already done and is non-refundable. If you cancel before delivery, you owe nothing further, and we'll send you any work in progress on request.

If we miss the agreed scope or turnaround

If the deliverable doesn't match the scope we agreed in writing, or we miss the agreed turnaround, we will either fix it at no extra cost or refund the unfinished portion of the work, whichever you prefer.

After approval

After approval, I'll fix any genuine errors free for 7 days.

How to request a refund

Email joe@josephyidata.com with your name and invoice details. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please contact us first; we'll work with you in good faith to resolve any issue.
