This policy explains how Data Sprint (operated by Joseph Yi, Orange County, CA) handles information collected through this website, https://josephyidata.com, and through project work.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us through the contact form or email: name, email address, and your message.
• Project files you share for a project, such as spreadsheets or data exports.
• Payment records needed for invoices and accounting (for example, amount, date, and payment method). Stripe handles card details; we never see them.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, deliver your project, send invoices, and keep the business records required by law. We don't sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.

Project data

Project files stay in your own Google Drive or a shared Drive folder set up for the project. They are used only to build your deliverable and are deleted within 7 days after you approve the work. Please don't send passwords, payment card numbers, or health or other sensitive personal data.

Service providers

Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards your message to our inbox. Card payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com); we do not see or store your full card details. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare). Email is handled by Google Workspace, and project files are stored in Google Drive. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing joe@josephyidata.com. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA, and we will honor those requests.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
