Share your spreadsheets or exports in a Google Drive folder. You control access.
Work begins once the deposit is received. The turnaround clock starts then.
You get the finished file or link, the guide, and a walkthrough. The balance is due on delivery.
Data, changes, payment and timing.
Your files stay in your own Google Drive or a shared Drive folder set up for the project. Data is used only to build your deliverable and is deleted within 7 days after you approve the work. Please don't send passwords, payment card numbers, or health or other sensitive personal data. Remove or mask anything you don't need on the dashboard.
Each offer includes one revision round after delivery. Extra changes or new features can be quoted as a separate fixed-price add-on before any work starts.
Ongoing support or monthly maintenance, Power BI-only work, building data pipelines or databases, and live connections to paid software we don't have access to. If you need one of these, ask and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.
You'll get an invoice for a 50% deposit to start and the balance on delivery. By default you pay by Stripe Payment Link (deposit link and balance link) or a Stripe invoice. Zelle and check are optional; we'll confirm the options when we send your invoice. Card payments are securely processed by Stripe.
Your spreadsheets or exports (CSV, Excel, Google Sheets), a short list of the questions you want answered, and about 15 to 30 minutes of your time across the project.
US Pacific time (Orange County, California). We usually reply within one business day.

To cancel or request a refund, email joe@josephyidata.com. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Each project has a written scope agreed by email before the deposit. Prices are fixed in US dollars. Turnaround counts business days from deposit and receipt of your files. You own the finished deliverables once paid in full. Read the full terms.
We collect only what you send us (name, email, message, and project files) and use it only to reply and deliver your project. We don't sell or share your information. Project files are deleted within 7 days after you approve the work. Read the full privacy policy.
